Role Overview

As the Growth, Events & Community Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of audience growth, event management, and community building for 51 Insights. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly proactive, and know how to connect and engage with decision-makers and business leaders. Your role is measured by clear KPIs—audience growth, event success, and community engagement—ensuring 51 becomes the leading voice in Web3 corporate adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Relentlessly implement data-driven growth experiments to build and convert a high-quality audience (measured by newsletter subscribers, website traffic, inbound leads).
• Build, nurture, and manage an engaged, high-value community of business leaders and partners from scratch within a 2 month timeline. Turn followers into advocates and active participants.
• Plan, organize, moderate and conduct 10-15 high-impact events per month within the first 3 months, such as webinars, private forums, live events and Q&A sessions, working closely with our key clients (Avalanche, Moonpay, Coindesk, Near, etc.) and positioning 51 as the leading voice on Web3 corporate adoption.

Qualifications:

• Proven, measurable track record in scaling b2b newsletters / audiences
• Experience in building up and managing communities
• Existing network within the crypto / blockchain ecosystem
• Highly independent, proactive, outcome-oriented self-starter that is highly adaptable and hungry to build and grow
• Ability to work independently with short timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relentless focus on execution and getting things done
• Open personality, excellent communicator and ability to speak in front of large audiences
• Native or fluent in English
